Finance Students Recognised for Exam Success
Two A-level students have been recognised by the London Institute of Banking and Finance for their hard work and dedication.
Finance students Becky Heath and Amber Rose Vallas both secured A grades in the subject following last year’s exams, placing them in the top 5% of people who completed the course.
Last term, the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF), formerly IFS School of Finance, wrote to the Head of Department, Mrs Prebble, to congratulate the pair on their achievement.
The leading financial education provider also rewarded the students with a £500 scholarship fund to put towards a degree course, should they choose to continue their studies at the institute.
Mrs Prebble said: “I am absolutely delighted for Becky and Amber Rose. They worked incredibly hard to achieve A grades and this recognition from the LIBF is well deserved.
“I’d also like to thank my colleague Miss Collins, who has worked hard to set the bar high for all students on the Finance course and has helped them to reach their full potential. Well done to all involved.”
