About Tiger Primary School
Future Schools Trust (FST) submitted an application to the Department for Education (DfE) in May 2011, proposing to open a Free School on the New Line Learning (NLL) Academy site. Early in October we heard the good news that our application had been approved through to the pre-opening stage and we are now working towards opening in September 2012.

Tiger Primary offers more:
•The core curriculum plus personalised support and enrichment
•Open from 7.30am to 6pm - of particular benefit to working parents
•A focus on Mandarin alongside English to provide early experience of a foreign language
•Abacus numeracy tuition for all to improve mathematical ability
•Extension classes in music, sport and the arts, at no extra charge to parents
•Encouraging all children to learn to play a musical instrument
•The application of 21st Century educational theory to maximise the academic and social development of every child
•Superb resources, state-of-the-art surroundings and unrivalled individual support for all
•A healthy breakfast, lunch and tea on offer for all students
•A school farm and ecology woodland on site
