Free 24-hour confidential helpline for children and young people to call about any problem, at any time, day or night. Childline counsellors are there to help you find ways to sort things out. Worried about something and need some help. The site can help with loads of issues like abuse, bullying, exams, health issues, drugs and self harm. If there's something bad that's happening and the young person wants to know what to do, the site has useful message boards, as well as an agony aunt or they can talk confidentially with one of their advisors. 0800 1111

Holding On - Letting Go
Holding On Letting Go is a charity that supports bereaved children, young people (6-16) and their families and carers in Kent and Medway who have experienced the death of an important person in their lives.

Slide Away
Slide Away offers a bereavement support service to children and young people in West Kent. It is not a counselling service, but offers young people the opportunity to manage their grief through a range of creative activities.
